Li Jun operates one of the best massage clinics in the city. Though I've only had Li Jun and Tony, you can't go wrong with any of the therapists here. Tony is able to identify and alleviate your pain points with excellent care and professionalism and also provides recommended exercises/stretches to help strengthen/prevent your strained muscle group.

I had my massage appointment with Letica. I have never been to this place before. By chance, I got the appointment with one of the best massage therapists. Letica was too good. Overall, experience at this location was awesome. The fellow at the reception processed the insurance claims efficiently. Also, their charges were reasonable.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Ware Massage that I feel compelled to share. Upon entering the room, I was greeted by an unpleasant smell of food and seafood, which was not exactly inviting. I had requested a deep tissue massage, but unfortunately, the therapist was sparing with the oil. As a result, my skin was left sore and scratched, with noticeable damage on my shoulders and back. When I mentioned the discomfort, the therapist dismissed my concerns and used only a minimal amount of oil before continuing the same rough technique. Her response to my feedback about her nails digging into my skin was dismissive and unprofessional; she merely laughed and made a joke about her nail growth. Additionally, the massage was marred by disruptive noises from children practicing taekwondo in a nearby area. The loud sounds made it nearly impossible to enjoy the relaxing music that was meant to enhance the experience. While the therapist demonstrated skill in massage techniques, the combination of poor hygiene, lack of proper oil use, unprofessional behavior, and disruptive noise severely impacted the overall experience. Given the pain and skin damage I endured, I cannot recommend Ware Massage and will not be returning. If I could leave no stars, I would.

I have been in recovery for a brutal car crash for the last 5.5 years, and I've tried everything you can try. When I moved to the Edmonton area 2 years ago I sadly left my massage therapist behind, in Calgary. After about a year, I stumbled across Lijun Chen, and she knocked my socks right off. She is INCREDIBLE - so knowledgeable and skilled, and she cares about her clients. I had been holding steady at "barely hanging on" for about 2 years - gradually getting worse, but still surviving. After a few months of seeing her, I was brave enough to go on my first trip in 5 years, and I managed to sit on a 9 hour plane ride to Croatia which would have been IMPOSSIBLE prior to this. If you have chronic pain and injuries, Lijun Chen will help. She does have a VERY firm hand, which is absolutely essential for someone like me, and I've left there pretty bruised from the guasha, but when you're already in agony every day, sitting through pain that is going to HELP you is so worth it. I'll be making another appointment soon Lijun! I've been in the process of moving the last couple months, but you'll see me soon! Hope you're having a great summer!

I was happy that they were able to book me for the same day, and the staff was available and accommodating. However, the main issue was with the beds and towels. The beds were basic and uncomfortable, and the towels were old and rough, which was disappointing. The sheets were also cold, which made it less relaxing. That said, the service was great overall—staff were friendly, and everything else was handled efficiently. If they could improve the quality of their bedding and towels, this would be a much more enjoyable stay.
