had a much-needed massage after years and it was an absolutely amazing experience. I went in with stiffness and inflammation in my muscles, but felt so relieved and relaxed afterward, there was a major improvement in just one session. My neck and shoulders haven’t felt this relaxed in a long time. The entire experience was wonderful. Collete is incredibly talented and professional. I’m really grateful for the care I received and I’m looking forward to going again!

Every time I book a massage, I’m reminded just how talented she (Kollette) is. She has an amazing ability to find and release tension while still making the whole experience deeply relaxing. I always walk out feeling lighter, calmer, and so much better in my body. Her space feels welcoming and comfortable, and she takes the time to really listen to what you need. Truly the best massage I’ve had and I would highly recommend Kollette or anyone at the clinic to anyone looking for both skill and care.

I've been going to see Rachel for accupuncture the last few months and I am so impressed with her attention to detail and personalized treatment. Prior to Rachel, I've seen 2 other acupuncturists and while I've been dealing with the same core issues, I've never experienced immediate results such as I have with Rachel. Very intentional needle placement has made all the difference. Also Collette - best of the best for massages. Actually focuses on problem areas and not just your typical full body massage. She has been so generous with her time educating me about how to counteract sore/tight muscles and strengthening my foot.

This is for sure my favourite place to get a massage - I really, really hate being touched and I hate that massage typically equals a lot of pain. With Collette, she uses a technique that makes the pain during manageable and has huge results. She really spends the time to go through her unique approach to massage with you, she communicates constantly so you always feel comfortable, and I cannot argue with results. I used to have to psych myself up to book, and now I have a regular massage schedule. This is THE place.

Collette was amazing and very welcoming! I have always enjoyed going to see her and I always feel comfortable in her space! Parking is very easy and accessible! I will continue to see Collette for massages because she truly is the best.
