I had a two hour massage here yesterday, and it was excellent. I felt great after and slept really well. It definitely helped with my lower back tension. Thank you to Anibal for doing a great job!

This was one of the worst and most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had at a salon. I booked a waxing appointment for legs, arms, and underarms, but halfway through, the staff was pulled away to serve another client. The owner, Erin, was extremely rude, disrespectful, and dishonest throughout the situation. She was soooo rude that I couldn't handle it, she told her staff to tell me to leave, she said "ask her to leave my clinic, she is wasting my time, get payment from her and kick her out" terrible words she was using 🤯 and then she told me that if I paid what I “owed,” my service would be continued after the other client — I agreed, just to finish my appointment and never return. I then waited for an entire hour, only for Erin to change her words and demand even more money before continuing my service. On top of that, the audacity of that staff member to falsely claim that I had shaved before (which I had not) to cover up why the waxing was taking longer in front of me, Instead of taking responsibility, they lied, wasted my time, and treated me with no respect at all. I would never recommend this salon to anyone — terrible service, dishonest practices, and zero respect for paying customers. I am also going to take this matter to consumer protection court so others don’t have to go through the same treatment. Also, Erin remember, i will not forget this treatment and wish the same for you in another way. Don't forget, I will let whole Edmonton community know who you people are. CHEAP AND DISGUSTING 🤢

From booking to the day of our appointment, everything was seamless and pleasant. Erin, the owner, responded promptly when I first reached out to schedule a couple’s massage. The entire process happened over text, which made things especially convenient. The day of the massage went just as smoothly. There was ample parking, and the setting was quiet, clean, and calming — an ideal environment for a relaxing experience. I saw Sana, and my husband was with Jason. Sana was excellent. Her technique felt thoughtful and refined, and the pressure she used was just right. It’s been a long time since I’ve had a massage that felt so effective and well-balanced. I could tell she genuinely cared about the quality of the session. My husband shared similar feedback about his experience with Jason — skilled, attentive, and professional throughout. We’ve already booked our next appointment and look forward to returning. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience getting a couples’ 60-minute relaxation massage at Ambrosia Wellness & Beauty. They had us in the same room with very nice and soothing ambiance, and the therapists were fantastic. I felt very relaxed after. We have already returned one time and will definitely be coming back in the future.

Erin and her team are the best lash techs in town. I’ve been coming here for two years now. They use light, and natural looking lashes. Try her once and you’ll never go anywhere else.
