The services are really good and the staff are very friendly! My initial visit was for the facial and massage combo with Jenny and kept coming back ever since! They have lots of promo which are good deals! .......... Update: I came back for their October promotion for the brightening facial! It was a really great experience. I received a couple of samples last time and really liked their sunblock and needed up purchasing it today!

I’ve been coming here for a while now and I love this spa! It’s clean, the staff are accommodating and nice, and the services are customizable which is nice because everyone’s hair/skin are different. I always look forward to coming to here and trying new services and Korean products. I recommend this spa :D

My mom and I went for my mom’s birthday for a hydra facial. We both loooved it so much! I highly recommend this place, the ladies are so nice and welcoming. We will definitely be back here!!

It was a refreshing experience. The staff were professional and caring, the treatment felt relaxing, and my skin looks brighter, smoother, and more rejuvenated. they even offered tea which was a nice gesture. Highly recommend!

I visited K Eternal Beauty Total SPA recently. The staff were polite and friendly, which I appreciated. However, I was quite disappointed with the overall professionalism and treatment procedures. Despite the beautician mentioning that my skin is thin and sensitive, she proceeded to perform acid facial without consulting me first. This resulted in my face becoming irritated and mildly burned afterward. In addition, the treatment sequence was completely reversed — they carried out the facial treatment before doing any skin analysis, and only used the analysis machine after the procedure was finished. This shows a clear lack of proper process and training. I also paid extra for a massage, which turned out to be unnecessary — it was merely light touching rather than an actual massage. While the staff’s attitude was courteous, the lack of experience, procedural mistakes, and poor service quality made this visit very disappointing. I sincerely hope the management will review their training and treatment standards.
