From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were wrapped in warmth and care. Noor, the wonderful owner, communicated with us with such kindness and genuine enthusiasm . She took the time to confirmed our appointment and always make us feel comfortable. Such a welcoming atmosphere, setting the stage for something truly special. The Hammam itself, guided by the incredible❤️✨Souad and❤️✨ Khadija, was nothing short of a dream. These two radiant Moroccan ladies brought the ritual to life with their skilled hands and heartfelt warmth. The full-body scrub and soothing massage felt like a gentle embrace, leaving us both deeply relaxed and utterly pampered. Their authentic, caring approach made it feel as though we’d been whisked away to a serene corner of Morocco, wrapped in a sensory journey that touched our souls. This wasn’t just a spa day – it was a moment of pure connection, rejuvenation, and cultural beauty that we’ll cherish forever. What an unforgettable birthday treat at Elite Medi Spa! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by Souad, setting the tone for a truly special day. The spa itself is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and radiate an elegant, relaxing vibe that instantly makes you feel pampered. I started my experience with a relaxing sauna session, the perfect way to unwind. Next, Souad led me to the Hammam room,where the magic really began. She was professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. She scrubbed my entire body with traditional Moroccan soap and a special exfoliating glove, leaving my skin silky smooth. Then, she washed me with a beautifully aromatic soap before shampooing my hair with luxurious Moroccan shampoo. She even applied a 24-karat gold mask on my face after giving it a gentle scrub. Her attention to detail was amazing, and she kept a warm smile throughout the entire treatment. After the Hammam, I enjoyed a relaxing massage with Khadija, whose skill and kindness made the experience even more relaxing. To top it all off, I had the pleasure of meeting Nour, the owner. She is warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about creating a pampering space for her clients. As someone who loves self-care, I can honestly say this was a memorable experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back for the Hammam again. I was welcomed with a warm, genuine smile from the staff, and immediately felt embraced by the extraordinary world of Hammam and spa rituals. Souad was an exceptional guide throughout my journey. Compassionate, graceful, and supremely professional, she went far above expectations to ensure both my safety and comfort. She was mindful of every detail; for example, when the bath area became slippery, she steadied the wooden stool against the table with her foot to prevent accidents. She even supported me with her arms as I climbed on and off the marble table - a gesture of protection and care I will never forget. Her treatment was meticulous. She gently scrubbed often overlooked areas like the sides of the neck, under the chin, and behind the ears, ensuring her service was complete and beyond compare. Souad's warmth, attentiveness, and angelic presence radiated kindness in every gestures, making the experience not only rejuvenating but deeply personal. Elite Medi Spa & Hammam clearly sets itself apart, prioritizing safety, cleanliness, and awareness alongside indulgence and luxury. It truly feels like a sanctuary where everything is bundled into one seamless retreat: Turkish & Morocco Hamman rituals, saunas, invigorating scrubs, bubble baths, hair treatment, cold plunges, showers, facials, & massages. On top of that, they offer advanced treatments like Platelet-Rich Plasma and Fibrin, lip fillers, Botox, & rejuvenating IV therapy packages. The facility is spacious enough to host gatherings, private events, or simple a luxurious day of personal escape. A heartfelt thank you to Noor for creating this beautiful gem in Calgary. A destination that feels designed not only for locals but also for visitors from across the globe. Here, I felt genuinely welcomed, respected, pampered, & revitalized in every way. I felt feeling relaxed, exfoliated, rehydrated, awakened, & completely renewed. To end the day, I stepped outside to soak in the breathtaking downtown skyline from the second floor - a stunning, melt away view that perfectly concluded an exquisite spa journey.

What a mind blowing sensory experience ! I took my husband for our anniversary and we left refreshed, renewed, relaxed. We could not stop smiling the rest of the day. We felt like VIPs, Noor and her team took such good care of us. The best hammam experience I have ever had. Highly recommend !!!!
