First time here, I booked a 45 minute Swedish massage with Angela. It was brilliant, Angela was so knowledgable and explained in detail why my shoulder was feeling tense. She really took her time and was very diligent. Highly recommend, will definitely be back as I'd like to try all other treatments.

I recently had a massage therapy session with Amisha and it was truly exceptional. After trying many therapists, I can confidently say this was the best experience I’ve had. Amisha is extremely professional and attentive, she carefully adjusted her techniques based on my body condition and specific needs, which made a noticeable difference. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and pain-free. I will definitely be visiting again and highly recommend Amisha to anyone looking for quality massage therapy.

I have been having neck and shoulder issues for months and I tried chiro/ physio but nothing worked. I came across Touch of Wellness through my friend and spouse. I booked a 60 mins Sports massage for my neck and shoulder. I can't explain how much I felt the huge difference in through the treatment. The best part was each and every single spot that I was having issues Ms. Terri Comrey-Davey pointed and explained how it affects and what the cause was and worked so amazing. Honestly after 1 hr session I feel like I am a new person I felt like something that was troubling my body was removed. Ms. Terri Comrey-Davey Hats off for the amazing treatment and guidance given to relieve me from my pain. I know its a long and tidy process which needs to be followed. Thank you! The customer service rep (new) over here completely horrible. She would lie to you about your service being covered instead of cancelling it at the spot because that would get her in trouble. I asked her multiple times about something I wasn't sure of and she was very sure I would be paid back instead of telling me if you are not sure, you can proceed on with canceling and ask your insurance. I never asked her to change the date on the recieot but if she knew insurance wont pay she should habe told me instead of lying that insurance will pay you for sure and pushing me to take the srvce.Hence I have to pay our of my pocket for this service. I have been coming over here since past 3 years but this new Customer Service Representative is extremely RUDE. keeps on cutting off the customer on call. I told her to please listen to me first, but no she didn't. She kept on talking and then told me to listen to her. In the end when I told her I will write a review about her rudeness she said please go ahead. Pathetic and v v disappointing. And now I am expecting a reply from them that how I was suppose to know about my insurance. I do know! But 2 things: DONT CLAIM TO KNOW STUFF WHEN YOU DONT KNOW AND START LYING. AND GET SOME TRAINING IF YOU ARE WORKING IN A FRONT DESK ROLE!! Added: since I can't reply to your comment and not interested in submitting another review with a different ID. As per ur last line: "if interested in discussing further in 'a calm and constructive manner', contact us." Sorry to say, that is not possible with the untrained front desk person you have there.

Cancellation policy is outrageous! If my massage therapist, Andeep, is not working here, I wouldn't come back to this place. Imagine getting fully charged with no service at all?!"#&$ I was very sick on that day so I called, and of course they said I will be charged coz it's under 24 hrs. I don't mind going there coz I just live close by BUT, I was just worried about my massage therapist getting the virus. So I told the receptionist that I will just come. Management clearly do not care about their employees; just after their gains. My goodness! You are lucky to have hardworking massage therapists there but do protect them as well.
